Notice from the Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 31, paragraph 2, of the Netherlands Antilles Civil Code, both the liquidator’s report on how the winding-up of Netherlands Caribbean Bank N.V. (in liquidation) has been executed, and the distribution plan for the surplus have been lodged for perusal at the office of the company (Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 14, Curaçao), at the office of the liquidator and at the commercial register of the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce (Kaya Junior Salas 1, Curaçao).
The documents have been lodged as of 4 May 2009 and will be available for perusal for a period of not less than thirty days. Any creditor or person with an entitlement may, by a petition, file at the Curaçao Court of First Instance opposition against the abovementioned documents within thirty days of this publication.
